Dry Creek Village (DCV) is a master planned community carefully designed to include open space, beautifully maintained grass, and soft surface trails. This family friendly environment will include on-site playground equipment and access to nearby Dry Creek Park. Plans for the park include ball fields, an amphitheater, as well as other amenities.
DCV benefits from a peaceful setting on the eastern edge of Hayden providing country appeal along with the shortest commute to Steamboat Springs. The town of Hayden has plans to straighten RCR 37 which will make that commute easier. Since DCV is in the town of Hayden, the streets will be maintained by the town. Each lot will have electricity, city water, natural gas, telephone and cable, with all underground wiring to maintain aesthetic appearance.
This covenant controlled community has 150 single family lots. The covenants are designed to maintain appearance through architectural guidelines and a self-governed homeowners association. The first phase of 54 lots is available now with prices starting at $69,900. DCV has dedicated 25% of the community to open space. The lots vary in size from 6,050 to over 12,000 square feet with many backing to the open space or Dry Creek. Subdivision infrastructure is scheduled to be completed April 2008.
